Capacity Building
Capacity Building is designed to help organizations improve their internal processes for collecting and analyzing data, so that you can generate ongoing research and evaluation in-house and build a culture of evidence-based decision making throughout your organization.
Through this process, HIR will develop research designs, measurement tools, and data protocols while training your staff in best practices. HIR can remain the third-party for data analysis and report generation for organizations that need external validation. HIR can also provide technical assistance in preparing your organization to apply for research grants.
