Program Evaluation

Program Evaluation is designed to identify how a program or policy can effectively achieve its goals. This type of research highlights what’s working and identifies what isn’t, so you can devote resources to the most effective parts of your program while improving other parts in a way that creates long-term, sustainable impact.

Every program evaluation project is designed to reflect the client’s needs. Each project starts by creating a deep understanding of your organizational goals and desired outcomes, breaking down the discrete programmatic actions that assist in achieving those outcomes, then identifying the most effective ways to measure progress towards those outcomes. The project ends by sharing findings with key stakeholders and discussing action steps/recommendations for program iterations and further evaluation.
